Fruit And Vegetable Washer
Suitable for washing of fruits and vegetables. The fruits are soaked in the water and are subjected to thorough agitation by means of powerful blower to loosen dust and such foreign particles. The fruits are then picked up by the pick up conveyor and are subjected to powerful spray and fresh water for further cleaning. Overflow water is collected in overflow tank with filter arrangement. This particular water is circulated back feed end of the washer via water circulation pump. Capacity ranging from 500 kgs per hr upto 10000 kgs per hr can be provided in the fruit and vegetable washer.

Rod Washer
Suitable for washing of root vegetables. Raw material fed from the feed end of the washer is conveyed into the rotating rod drum. Water is sprayed on the raw material through out the length of the drum. As the drum rotates along its axis there is tumbling action of the raw material resulting into through washing. Capacity ranging from 500 kgs per hr upto 10000 kgs per hr can be provided.

Bucket Elevator
Suitable for elevation of the raw material to a particular height. The bucket elevator manufactured by us is available in standard configurations as well as custom units. The bucket design can be both Polypropylene as well as stainless steel. Capacity ranging from 500 kgs per hr upto 3000 kgs per hr can be provided.

Flight Elevator
Suitable for elevation of the raw material to a particular height. The Flight elevator manufactured by us is available in standard configurations as well as custom units. The flight belt design can be both Polypropylene as well as stainless steel. Capacity ranging from 500 kgs per hr upto 10000 kgs per hr can be provided.

Screw Elevator
Suitable for elevation of the raw material to a particular height. The Screw elevator manufactured by us is available in standard configurations as well as custom units. The equipment will be provided with shell and screw arrangement. Capacity ranging from 500 kgs per hr upto 8000 kgs per hr can be provided.

Pulper / Finisher
Suitable for extraction of juice and pulp from fruits. Both fruit pulper and finisher and mounted one above the other. The fruit pulper are provided with suitable perforated screen according to the fruits to be processed. The Pulper / Finisher manufactured by us are simple design with easy removable screen and free of vibration. Capacity ranging from 500 kgs per hr upto 4000 kgs per hr can be provided.

Mango Destonner
Suitable for extraction of Mango pulp from whole mangoes. The De-stonner is provided with suitable perforated screen assembly. The rotor shaft is provided is specially designed cutter and scrapper. The whole mangoes open up automatically in the crushing zone which is further transferred in the pulp extraction zone. This the pulp is separated from the stone and the skin. The De-stonner manufactured by us is simple design with easy removable screen and free of vibration. Capacity ranging from 2000 kgs per hr upto 4000 kgs per hr can be provided.

Suitable for preheating of Tomatoes / Guavas before juice extraction. The raw washed tomatoes / Guavas are crushed in the mill and gets collected in the bottom tank. The crush is then circulated through the heat exchanger for preheating up to required temperature. Steam is the heating media used in the heat exchanger to heat the crush. After achieving the required temperature the product is discharged to the Pulper for juice extraction. Capacity ranging from 2500 kgs per hr upto 5000 kgs per hr can be provided. This process is required for the following: -

• Deactivating the enzymes, which are likely to be generated
• Getting good co lour and maximum recovery.
• Better quality of the product.

Pre-Heater
Available in both shell and tube design as well as screw type. In shell and tube design both single pass and multi pass can be provided depending on the capacity. Steam will be the heating media. Capacity ranging from 500 kgs per hr upto 3000 kgs per hr can be provided.
