Screw Press
The juice extractor machine is suitable for extraction of juice from fruits. The screw press juice extractor machine is provided with screw and perforated screen assembly. The pressure for extraction can be adjusted in the pressure plate assembly. Thus juice and the waste is separated in this commercial juice extractor. Capacity ranging from 1000 kgs per hr upto 3000 kgs per hr can be provided.

Kettles
Steam jacketed type with bottom hemisphere. Both paddle and anchor type stirrer assembly can be provided. Kettle are provided with all instruments like pressure gauge, temperature gauge, air vent and suitable standard make steam and condensate arrangement. Utmost care has been taken to manufacture the equipment which is hydraulically tested to the required pressure. All option as per customer requirement i.e. fixed type with stirrer without stirrer, tilting, vertical model, and horizontal model will be provided. Capacity ranging from 150 Itrs upto 2500 Itrs can be provided.

Tanks
All type of tanks rectangular and cylindrical type as per customer requirement will be provided. Stirrer design can be paddle type, anchor type, propeller type. The tanks will consists of inlet / outlet nozzles, sight glass, light glass, level indicator, manhole, CIP system etc. Capacity ranging from 150 Itrs upto 20000 Itrs can be provided.

Blender
Consisting of U shaped shell and LH / RH ribbon screw assembly. The ribbon mixing arrangement helps in proper mixing of the product. Specially designed outlet valve is provided for discharging the product. Capacity ranging from 150 Itrs upto 3000 Itrs can be provided.

Suitable for concentration of juice / pulp to prepare concentrate / paste. The pan is provided with top and bottom hemispherical shape shell. The top and the bottom shell are bolted together. Both anchor and paddle type stirrer assembly can be provided. The drive for stirrer assembly is fixed on the top shell. The system is under vacuum thus lowering the temperature. Vacuum in the system is maintained through vacuum pump. Steam is used as a heating media which is provided in the steam jacket of bottom shell. The water vapours removed form the product is condensed in the condensor. Cooling tower water is circulated in the condensor to condensate the vapour. Capacity ranging from 200 kgs per hr evaporation rate upto 3000 kgs per hr can be provided.

Suitable for removal of entrapped air from the product. The product issprayed in the vacuum vessel. Vacuum in the system is maintained through vacuum pump. The system is designed which maintains aroma in the product. Capacity ranging from 500 Itrs per hr upto 10000 Itrs per hr can be provided.
