temperature can be achieved through the pasteurizer system. We can
provide scrapped surface type, plate heat exchanger, plain shell and
tube and corrugated tube type pasteurizer. Selection of the type depends
on the type of product







Both
belt type design and perforated drum type can be provided. The equipment
is suitable for blanching and cooling of non sticky vegetables. Steam is
purged to prepare hot water in which the vegetables are poured. Steam
is controlled through a steam control valve which controls the steam as
per the set temperature of the water. The belt and the drum are provided
with variable speed drive. Thus the residence time of the raw vegetables
can be varied. In the cooler cooling tower water or chilled water is
circulated to cool the blanched vegetables.
