Product Details:

All the vegetables are available seasonally. These vegetable may require throughout the year for making the RTS products. These are to be processed and kept in the cold storage for the utilization. We can Supply the turnkey Project for Frozen Vegetable Line. Other specific Capacity plant can be designed and supplied to suit the clients requirement.

Product Details:

Canning Line : Open top tin containers are fed manually from the feed end of the Empty Can washer Sterilizer. The cans are washed and sterilized in open steam on this particular equipment. The cans are then transferred to the filling machine. The required quantity of the product is filled in the empty cans. Filling machine both volumetric and piston type can be provided.

Bottling Line : The empty cans are ted through the Unscrambler to the feed conveyor. The required quantity of the product is filled in the empty bottle. Filling machine can be vacuum type or gravity filling. The filled bottle is crown corked / lug capped or PP capped as per requirement. The filled cans are then collected on the Scrambler.
